We were strategic advisor to the Royal Australian Mint dueing its upgrade program and successfully guided the delivery of automation and integration across their production and production control system. Likewise we were the strategy adviro for the CIO of IPAustralia providing project assurance for the delivery of the new patent program.
We have undertaken reviews of projects whilst they are in flight and post delivery to validate that the outcomes being sought are achieved or remain achievable. We recently completed post implementation reviews for Navy in regard to the conduct of three continuous improvement programs that were scoped to deliver over $800m in savings. Our assessment and advice enabled Defence to have confidence in the delivery initiatives and through adopting some of our recommendations to make adjusts that will enable the delivery of these benefits.

We have provided Procurement Strategic advice on how to best approach the market and execute a risk reduced procurement program to deliver the business outcomes. We have completed this work for IPAustralia, Defence and the Mint.
We have provided ICT Strategy, Strategic Planning and Advice to a number of clients so that they can develop and deliver the outcomes that underpin the business. We assisted ITSA, COMSUPER, Dept of Health and Ageing, IPAustralia and Defence in this regard.
